Sage Dental offers patients who do NOT have dental insurance the opportunity to sign up with our in-house membership plan. The plan offers patients a discounted rate of up to 25% or preselected preventative treatments and a flat 20% discount on all dental procedures. There are no waiting periods, no exclusions, or annual maximum.
